And when we were inundated with offers on our home, Bernard expertly identified which offer made the most sense to accept, which helped the closing process go very smoothly, and got us a great price on the home.  We ended up selling the home very quickly for much more than our asking price, and with very few problems or worries–all thanks to Bernard.  He’s an expert professional who provides fantastic service, and we highly recommend him for your real estate needs.
