Increasing inventory and fewer homes with sales currently agreed suggests a slowing market. Homes that are priced right still appear to be selling quickly though, and sale prices are still mostly above list price based on recent sales. It will be interesting to see if that continues. We are now seeing some price reductions though – Highlighted here in yellow.
