Inventory levels in Twin Creeks now appear to be fairly constant, but with just 4 homes available, it’s fairly clear that numbers are insufficient to meet buyer demand, even with the higher interest rates. Homes are taking a little longer to sell than previously, although sale prices still show prices well in excess of list price. This may not represent a true picture of course, as we don’t have actual sale prices of all those Pending homes above. I suspect we will get a better idea of how the market is adjusting by the end of June.
