With more and more motivated buyers around, it isn’t surprising that we are seeing multiple offers on homes for sale in our area. After all, Twin Creeks is one of San Ramon’s most desirable established neighborhoods. As you can see above, every home sold here recently had more than one offer.
And still there are not enough homes or sale to meet buyer demand. We are getting more listings coming on the market, but the nicest homes don’t sit on the market for long. And multiple offers are driving up prices again.
