The Current Real Estate Market in Twin Creeks

The real estate market in Twin Creeks doesn’t get much quieter than it is at present. Those few homes that come on the market get snapped up fast if they are priced appropriately and homes that show well are selling at or above list price. All good news for would be sellers.

It isn’t all doom and gloom of course. We are just about to enter what is traditionally the busiest time of year for sellers to list their homes. We do know of a number of homes that are currently being prepared for sale, and undoubtedly there are more that we know nothing of.

Now although interest rates are not likely to come down until April or May, the good news is that they are expected to ease then. And regardless of when that happens, if you plan to sell any time this year, you should know that there are still plenty of motivated buyers around, even at current levels. Undoubtedly many of them hope to buy without having too much competition, assuming that they can always refinance when rates come down..
