Inventory levels are steadily increasing, yet buyer demand appears to continue unabated. As can be seen from the Pending sales here, homes are still selling in 2 weeks or less, and they would most likely be selling even faster if sellers were willing to consider offers as presented rather than setting an offer review date. So multiple offers are still commonplace and most homes are selling above list price.
