Even with what most people consider to be high interest rates we are still seeing multiple offers on homes for sale in our area, continuing to demonstrate that Twin Creeks is one of San Ramon’s most desirable established neighborhoods. And although there is little doubt that these homes were priced correctly based on recent sales, most are selling above list price. Low levels of inventory are still the driving force here, of course, a pattern that exists all over our area. So despite the high interest rates, sellers listing their homes for sale now should anticipate a fairly quick sale at a good price.
